Overview of Services

SleeveUp.cards allows users to:

• Track wishlists and personal trading card collections
• Monitor card price changes
• Discover potential trading or selling opportunities with other users by comparing collection and wishlist overlaps

We do not facilitate actual payments, verify authenticity of cards, or act as a trusted intermediary in any transactions.

User Accounts

Create an account to unlock additional features, including:

• Expanded limits on collection, wishlist, and price tracking
• Card price tracking with alerts (configurable for paid members)
• Enhanced tools for organizing (more available to paid members)
• Premium trade comparison features (more available to paid members)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Free and Paid Access

SleeveUp.cards offers both free and paid plans:

• Free users have access to core tracking and basic collection features.
• Paid users (premium members) gain access to expanded tracking limits, enhanced customization, and advanced trading comparison tools.

We reserve the right to modify available features, prices, or billing practices at any time with notice.

User-Submitted Content

Users may submit collection details, including cards they are interested in selling or trading. You retain ownership of this content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform to power collection and trade-related features.

You must ensure all content you submit is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service to conduct fraudulent trades or scams
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the system
• Upload harmful or misleading data
• Impersonate other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

No Guarantee of Trades or Card Authenticity

SleeveUp.cards is a community tool only. We do not:

• Verify the condition, ownership, or authenticity of any cards
• Handle payments or disputes
• Guarantee any matches, trade results, or user behavior

Eligibility – Minimum Age

SleeveUp.cards is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove their information and restrict access.

Termination
